I played Wizardry when I was little and for the time it was amazing. Wizardry 7 had an amazing feature I still haven’t seen any other game do, where you are not he only person looking for the various macguffins, and if you take too long someone else might get to them first - then you need to find out who has one and where they are, then hope that by the time you get there that NPC is still in the area and still has it.
First okay I accidentally got to XXXXXx very quickly and there was a layer of dust, no problem getting the item. Second play though I didn’t get there until later, there were footprints in the dust, and the item was gone, so I then had to track down who had it and where they were. When I finally caught up to that person, it was too late, they no longer had it, leading me on another chase.

Immortals might be cheap but it's not a great game and I'm sure that you already have tons of Ubisoft games, following their same open world formula.

Witcher 3 is special. Older at this point, but still incredible, especially with the recent revamp. And while the DLC is top 3 probably all time, it isn't necessary to enjoy the base game, which can already range well into the hundred to two hundred hours range all on its own.
