I see a lot of things:
--bull's head torn appart-two triangly pointy things on left and right are the ears, at their bottom edges are small white circles that could be eyes;
--pin-up girl transforming into something or from something-if you look at the bright bell shaped part in the bottom centre, you can see a darker part in the shape of woman's legs;
--face of a creature where the top two white holes are the eyes, the bttom two white holes are the mouth and that part in the middle of the mouth (from the previous point, woman's legs) is a tongue, some weird looking ears up left and right;
--cool looking carving for a pumpkin;
--if you look at the picture out of focus (half shut you eyes and squeeze them of some sort; I'm sure you know what I mean) so the picture becomes semi 3D there is an altar in the middle, that small white thing is some kind of gem, while the bigger four white parts are some sort of pads or whatever suronding it, perhaps protecting it;
--coming from the previous point, if you add to that altar the whole bell shaped part I mentioned in one of the previous points, you can see a helmet or a demons crown;
--also a few wage things like a mage or a warlock doing some trickery and even the Grim Reaper in a mirrored image with the left and right pointy triangles being his trusty .... can't remember what it is called... the thing he caries

When you turn the picture to right about value 90 degree, there is a PIG with his own reflection in the water.
(snout, ears, but his back is little fucked up:) and his tail was bitten by OMJosh ).
