Games should be Disabled immediately when they are part of bundles to prevent cd key spam.

They should just be removed and not able to be put up as a giveaway during a bundle sale. It doesn't make sense to have it available. It will save the mods lots of time. I keep seeing all these zombie shooters up when it's against the rules. Sometimes they get removed, sometimes they don't, and I report all of them.

Just remove the game from the giveaway list so someone cannot list it.

I don't even know if any of these people get suspended or banned, they don't even get a slap on the wrist. They're breaking the guidelines.

The same idea should be applied when exploited keys are found like Dirt 3, and Eets.

They can be re-enabled once a bundle is over or something.

I agree, but the mods don't have power to do that, only the admin does, and it's rather hard to catch him

No, it's good the way it is now, because the idiots who didn't read the FAQ get banned. Win-win.

This will lead to more giveaways of e.g. Skyrim with description like "It is not Skairim. Me just gives for Zombi Shoter key!". But these mean more work for mods and more disappointment for users, right?

I've NEVER seen any of those.

Except Dirt games that were Dirt 3.

i've seen millions giveaways of the newest (on sale) humble bundles disguised as an older bundle or one of the games (or, in case of humble introversion, the introversion complete pack)

I'm sorry, I'm new here, but what is wrong with buying a bundle then giving the other copies away?

You musn't give it while it's in place. You may give it after it ends. This is because people would buy a billion 1 cent bundles and "give" to the community.

A billion cents is still $10,000,000. In a place made for giving gifts out of the goodness of your heart is there really a need for this kinda nit-picking over what gets given?

But what I was referring to was OPs complaint about CD-Key spam. I don't see how bundles would cause that any more than normal give aways

Except that buying bundles for 1 cent when the money is supposed to go charity isn't helping anybody; it's actually causing harm to the team behind it due to absurd bandwidth costs along with transaction fees.

Giving away Humble Bundles don't show how much "goodness" you have in you but how much you can lie to yourself.

A billion cents is 33 million dollars in transaction fees for by the merchant with no revenue to show for it.

They don't prevent anyone from exploiting them like that, but that doesn't make it OK.

also note that notch saves these bundles. For the 10 billion people screwing over these bundles so that they can sell them on E-bay or gift them there's a few good souls who donate a massive amount so that they don't go under. It's like pirates who gripe about how piracy cannot be hurting the industry.

He stopped donating to the Humble Bundle for a solid 3 bundles now. He had to spare money for another couple of vacations.

All the money he has gotten from 12-year-olds isn't unlimited, you know.

Their frequency does not help either

Because instead of giving away the entire bundle people break them down into each cd key, so a bundle with 7 games, turns into 7 games worth of giveaways instead of just a bundle giveaway.

It's intentionally being whored out to get the maximum amount of points.

Yeah, but they CAN buy a billion 1 cent bundles, then after the bundle ends, give those away.
