Can I change my IP to use TremorGames?

Whenever I try to play games on TremorGames i get the message that Achievement Games are not available in my region.

My Question is: Can I use a program to change my IP to one which i can play Achievement Games with without getting banned / risking anything?

I think that proxy and stuff aren't allowed

if you change your ip the system will ban you automatically.

Or you can move someplace where achievement games are accepted.

One fella tried to change it. Then he got banned. The End.

I'd suggest doing tasks, that's where you can get most coins.
