create a support ticket with proof that you delivered the game, they'll look into it when they find the time.

No. How should support know if he didn't get the game from you those 7 months ago and only recently bought it for himself?
If it was a tradeable Steam gift, you will see the transaction in your trade history.

I would think so, otherwise I guess we are expected to take a screenshot of all our Steam SG transactions? I'm interested now. This kind of thing could happen to any of us.

Well it seems I'm screwed since I gave the key via Steam chat (that's why you e-mail them but it was my first giveaway so I didn't think that someone would be such an asshole) but it doesn't really matter since I can make 7 giveaways at once. Thanks for the answers. :)

Is there any way to get a negative feedback removed? I gave away Dead Space as my first giveaway ages ago, he first gave me a positive feedback but later he changed it to negative. I checked his account and he has the game in his library. So I have proof that he received the gift. Can I do anything to get the feedback removed or is this kind of scamming that easy to do and nothing can be done about it? Could I just give a negative feedback to everybody without getting any penalties?
