How can i upgrade android version on mobile phone?

You're basically limited to getting CyanogenMod for most Chinese brands; follow the link Raziel posted above. Might not be a latest version up for yours, but 4.4 is fairly common even for the budget phones.

Wouldn't have expected an older model from a budget brand to be given a 4.1 update but Huawei is the #1 Chinaphone for a reason it seems.
This page contains the ROM to download. OTA might not be wise as it's a 600MB download unless you have a very good WiFi at home.

So should i use Dowsin's one or Raziel's Cyanogen rom??

If you really want to use newest Android version all the time save up and buy LG Nexus 4. For the price it's a really good phone. Don't have to worry about scratches it comes with Gorilla glass 2.0

If that's too much money, save up to get LG G2 Mini. It doesn't break the bank and it's decent. It comes with Android K installed. It also comes with Gorilla glass.
