If you like reddit, there's /r/BuildaPC or /r/SuggestaLaptop
They can help you out with this kind of thing. Don't trust a thousand-dollar decision to unsubstantiated one-line opinions on the internet.

Build one. You will do it cheaper, it will be FAR better in performance, and you'll be much more proud of it.
I could help you with picking out parts in private, but I'd rather you find someone in real life to help you build it if you don't want to figure that out on your own.
