Whoo, seems Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will have paywall for multiplayer access

Well...already played some of them, so ill buy it but only when i find it at a good price

I have 0 interest in the multiplayer anyway.

got it for $28, only want Single player.

Also article didn't mentioned that those "MB coins" are obtainable through singplayer as also pointed by Irishladscark so it's not paywalled

Got the game with my GPU so I'm stuck with it. But I'm more interested in SP anyways.

Microtransactions in paid games are stupid, but honestly this is an accessory feature to why I got the game so it doesn't bother me enough to make me switch out. I wonder if this is one of the reasons Kojima and Konami aren't getting along.

As a fan of the MGS series, I have been planning to give this game a try but I have to admit that in the past few months I've become a bit wary of my decision. A lot of what they doing doesn't make sense to me ( like the fallout btw kojima and konami , the current microtrancsaction crap etc) This has all the feel of publishers tryiing to make a cash cow out of the franchise ( as if it already wasn't ... )
