Service offline for me now. Says I claimed the game, but it doesn't appear in my games tab when I go offline, so maybe I have to wait to go online first to see it added?

Managed to claim it just now so this may be worth trying the following if you are having problems.
Login at https://club.ubisoft.com/ (accept browser request to save password if you haven't already), when screen displays 'Please Wait' duplicate the tab and you should be logged in on the fresh tab and able to claim it. Worked for me using Chrome:

Yeah, I didn't claim Rayman Origins... Didn't think it would make any difference apart from having a red 'X' under the game's cover on the Ubi30 page. The Q&A about the Ubi30 operation doesn't mention any badge either. Oh well.

after a lot of login tries i got in trough logging in trough the site and got the game now

Finally succeeded. Click the link: https://club.ubisoft.com/en-GB/ubi30 and log in from there directly. I had to change my password so it took me to a standard ubisoft page. After three tries from the link, it signed in, as opposed to 20 tries on the standard page.

When i go to check the if the game shows on GAME tab a message says:

Well, that's a bummer. Got it claimed and installed and the game is acting completely unplayable for me. Graphics and controls are glitching out like crazy. It seems, based on what they're saying and what's happening, that the Animus is supposed to be glitching out, but it's glitching out like 800% more than it should and I can't even get the character to walk in a straight line...
