Will this monthly bundle be yours?
First Humble monthly in an age that hasn't been to my tastes - good games, but mostly not my thing. Bound for GA action soon, I reckon. Usually I knock four or five off my wishlist each month, this time only two! Hmph. Looking forward to next month's.

You have to click the "get now" button for it on your main Humble Page (it will act like it is buying the next month, but won't actually charge you.) Then, after doing that and going through everything, it will take you to this month's bundle... but if you go to your purchases list, the February bundle will be there.

Actually I really like Humble Monthlies picks, sometimes the games aren't my cup of tea but usually there is a nice variety of titles. If had money (and better PC) I'd definitely subscribe even for a year :)

You can choose between a Steam key or a DRM-free build, and they are a mutually exclusive choice.
I really don't know right now which to pick. I'd like to play it, but I am not sure I would have the patience to grind out another JRPG for achievements on Steam. Or to just get the Steam key, sell it, and later buy it on GOG.

Would have really liked Trails and Jotun, but I didn't get this one because I have no interest in the early unlock. Eh... maybe I'll get lucky and can trade for them.

Heh, I just noticed that the game Jotun is actually spelled like that. Kinda strange, knowing that the mythological Norse giant is spelled Jötunn in English.

Jotun is a perfectly acceptable and normally used version of the word in English. Jötunn is not, that is the German and Icelandic. English does not, itself, have umlauts, or really any accents on letters, except where it has stolen a word. Generally where that happens and a word is stolen which has accented letters of some form, there ends up being an anglicized version that lacks the accents (eg: "naive" instead of "naïve" and "naivete" instead of "naïveté").
Well, okay, let me clarify that this is true for American English. I think it is somewhat more common in British English to do less butchering of words, but I could not say for certain as I am, obviously, not British myself.

Nope, all was sorted manually, with doblecheking release dates with wikipedia and metacritic for old (<2010) titles. Yes, all 5K games.

Only myself. It's actually not that hard, i sorted it year or two ago when i had only 1-2K games, and now i'm just adding new games to correct category right after i bought/activate them.

is there an automatic way to sort games? atm i only have 3 categories: normal, preferred and hidden, it works but I'd like some kind of better sorting. any hint appreciated.

i hope we don’t see this becoming a thing. i can see where steam key and drm-free option is sort of like getting two copies, but at the same time drm-free is sort of like getting unlimited copies. i don’t use my drm-free copies at all because i prefer the extra stuff steam gives me, but i still like to have them available in case i somehow can’t use steam anymore eventually.

Seriously? I missed Flame in the flood (god how much i wished that) and both dragons dogma and mordhein i paid full price at launch without regret. From my pov last month would be a waste(flame in the flood only) but heck, unbundled great games.
Its obvious every month 2-3 games will be lower tier, but so far they packed good titles as far as i remenber... even their low tier games are way above most other bundles out there.
I believe they misfired with the hype of the first 2 monthlys; For me it was obvious they were catching subscribers before more realistic bundles came. Theres no denying they're great deals price wise...
