Like all other mask packs or event items. It's shown as a DLC but they've never been on sale on steam market so steamgifts cannot get their values or even AppIDs (I believe). Even if steamgifts can get their IDs, they won't have any value since there's never been a market price.

anyay, i still don't see why shouldn't have them listed here (even if it just ends up being a mention in the message above). After some months/years somebody might still have key for that DLC (gets it in trade or something like that), and they wonder why they can't give it away here, and they maybe find this discussion where it's explained why not.

People have those products are waiting to sell it for hundreds of dollar. Also it wouldn't have value since Overkill Company drops at least 10-25 keys on their discord server and this is just discord. Also steam groups which have partnership with Overkill use those keys for their own events. I don't think that it would have any value even if it was added to game list on SG.

As for the DLCs, they are not in the Steam store. One cannot create any games that are not in the Steam store to start with, they aren't really "removed due to mass giveaway".

there's also the small possibility (fairly unlikely though) of a case where one of them never was in the system instead, and it wasn't free. but i think most of those have been free just before they were pulled from the steam store entirely. afaik all of those (in this list) removed from the store can still be purchased on DIG Store.

No problem! It's quite useful to get reminder about de-listed games that are not given away for free.
I also have keys remaining for some of those games that I would like to give away, so now after doing this research I know which ones to request to be re-added to the giveaway list.
If the support ticket gets approved and game gets readded, then someone will eventually announce, and it will be removed from this list. For example 2 months ago https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/liIWt7O "Dollar Dash" got re-enabled after I made support ticket about it.

Every delisted game can have some additional issues that can make re-enabling it impossible for the support. I guess Dollar Dash is delisted from Steam Store in a way that it remains accessible via the API method SG uses. IDK what is different between those 2 cases.

Games that were once free or exploited are removed from the giveaway list of the game. But since the list is now an auto-suggest instead of a dropdown, it makes me waste time scrolling the list of games to find that the game is not in the list...
A list of un-creatable games would be helpful.
UPDATE: Another better suggestion in the comments, is to show ALL games in the list, but grey-out the un-creatable ones and add a tooltip that explain why it cannot be created.
