This is Deus Ex: Human Revolution if it was created by Ion Storm on the original Unreal Engine

it more of a joke representation on the actual Human Revolution game mechanics including the takedowns, highlights, DLC mentions, ironsights and stuff :V

I'm not sure, if it's the same in Human Revolution (because I haven't played it yet), but the only way you could regenerate health in Deus Ex 1 was by either using a medipack or by using a special implant, which in exchange used energy.
So no, Deus Ex 1 had no automatic health regeneration.

It is awesome and is definitely a true successor(prequel rather) to the original Deus Ex and a sure GOTY candidate. This is just a well done comedic video on what happens when the original meets the new aka a lighthearted tribute/joke, and the result is an awesome nostalgia goggle augmented experience.
