What I hate about PB is that you have to pay to win good games, so SG is better for me, because I've won great games here.
Comment has been collapsed.
Well, in SG you get slightly chances, but you need to pay (giveaway) to get more chances... that's why CV exists.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, but CV is better than pay for a month to win good games.

This.
Also, admins on PlayBlink are way less kind and helpful than SG admins. SG is much better!
Since PB started to ban people for silly reasons, I consider PlayBlink as the worst out from the giveaway sites.
Imo, I don't expect anything good from the owners of PlayBlink...

Did you know there was a guy with the same exact name as you on PB that used to threaten to commit suicide if he didn't get games? He also wished death on people when they called him on his BS... This finally led to him getting permanently banned.
I just wanted to let you know because I wouldn't want people to think you and him were the same person.

pampuch begged 24/7 on Playblink's Shoutbox, leeched dozens of games there (some AAA's included), was invited to exclusive private groups, threatened to commit suicide if people didn't gift him games and still has the nerve to badmouth the site after he was banned. How shameful can you be, pampuch?
Comment has been collapsed.
Why were you begging to come back to Playblink then?
"[V]es[L]o 8 Jun 2013 @ 12:40pm
Hello there... I would like to ask for second chance... Accept my invitation please, I would like to talk with You. I won't beg, I won't complain and I won'tdo anything bad. Please, accept my friend request or contact me..."
Comment has been collapsed.
You think this, rather neutral message is/was begging? Oh...
I'd never come back to this (...) site. I just wanted to be Friends/have possibility to talk with some people from this site I thought were true. That's all. Luckily, I am still having kind conversations with few of them :)

Have to agree with you in all points there Tris. Anybody welcome to come and see what I've done on both sites and could even ask me what I've won on PB and compare to what I've won here and they could draw their own conclusions. However I'll totally disagree with sviat93 above mentioning GG, because GG imo is utter crap, I gave away stuff there and the most I won on that site was refills, I always won refills at least I could count on that!
Comment has been collapsed.
rofl, Payblink is so bad already.
Never got any answers from the "support". Also that site is really pay2win.
SG and Gameminer bestest giveaways sites!!!11
Comment has been collapsed.
Please. Their support is the biggest crap i ever experienced.
Sending won games out ALWAYS takes them at least 3 days. I send them emails more than one time. Never got any answers from them.
Comment has been collapsed.
It's 3 days waiting at PB
OR
not getting the game at all aka hurr fake giveaway (yup)
Comment has been collapsed.
Well it's not more pay2win then on SG with the contrib value.
But on GM you can often just giveaway games from those 1$ bundles enough times and level up pretty fast. That's what i did and am now level 5 there.
Comment has been collapsed.
Why would you want to know that? Want to report me to their support for badmouthing? rofl
Comment has been collapsed.
No, I'm curious that's all, I've never seen a single post from you on Playblink, your nickname isn't even registered. I didn't even know that people could register there with a nickname different than the one from steam. Tried BobBarnsen, Yuon, Yuno, no results

Wait, what? You mean... wait... contributing things... gives you a benefit? And... contributing... gives you better chances to win? On a site where everything you win is in some manner paid for by real life money? WOW! Blows my mind. Oh wait, I think I know what the problem is, people don't like Playblink because they can't dump tons of bundle keys or keys they buy cheap online to pump up their contribution... It's almost as if... On playblink people actually get real games that they can do what they want with.. I mean, if you get a key from somebody, you could take the chance and make a new giveaway and give that key that person gave to you away, but where's the guarantee that the key is real? Sure SG helps to prevent that from happening by saying that you need to activate what you win on your account, that's cool. Well unless ya'know, you win one of the fake giveaways of AAA titles here on SG that always have thousands of entrants, that really sucks, because then you're waiting for a week, knowing this guy isn't giving you a key, then you know if only he had really been giving it away you would have won CoD BO2 or something! Gosh that really sucks that people can make fake giveaways so easily.
Comment has been collapsed.
BTW don't leave a warning on said fake giveaway else you risk being punished. I understand that the points to enter are free but emotions and time are attached to those giveaways as well. No calling out but maybe SG needs to adapt the GM mentality of new users giveaways may not be what they appear.
the only thing that keeps the site from being drenched in even more fake giveaways is the higher than average restrictions on forming a SG account. Of course that can be a blessing or a curse. I wonder how many possible contributers who didn't read the FAQ walk in to SG set up a giveaway and get temp banned then just say F it and walk away.

They have announced it about half year ago or something like that if I remember correctly :P

Playblink is a shitty site, they once banned me from chat because I helped another User. (chat was the main feature I used there at the time to make keydrops.)
I tried to get unbanned, but failed and got banned from total site, fuck them.
(seems I'm not the only one who experienced this behavior from them ^^)
steamgifts is much more awesome and overall better and more friendly to its users.
also I think on the bundle site from them soonish is there for a long time now, so we dont know if there will be a bundle soon.
Comment has been collapsed.
it actually is.
someone wanted really bad a way to get to gameminer and asked on the chat how he can make an account there.
I wanted to be nice and help him with that and posted an invitation code for him --> banned (I did know refs are forbidden like everywhere but I dont count an invitation as referall)
I thought it was not fair, so I wrote to Law and explained and asked to get unbanned from chat since the chat was the only thing I used there most of the time but he didnt listen (though I must admit I told if he dont unbann me from chat he can delete my account so the total bann is my own fault for saying that)
Comment has been collapsed.
It doesn't even sound like you were banned, you asked for your account to be deleted after posting referral links in the shout box.
Comment has been collapsed.
You get a bonus gold for every invitation, therefore it's somehow a referral promotion.
So... Yep :)

OMG. Same thing happened to me there. I wrote email to them looking for explanations with no response... for about 4 months... Idiots indeed.
In my case I didnt even post invitation code. Some guy asked for invitation code and I asked him to wait with registration and if he dont mind, I'll give him a code via PM (not public chat).
Comment has been collapsed.
Uhmm... It is kind of actually, I mean, depends. Using your analogy: You were planning to give the guy your link, so you were looking to go through with what you were talking about. If you were talking about murder with the intent to go through with it, then, yeah, that's illegal too :P
Comment has been collapsed.
But if both things either murder or giving inv code didnt happen (finally I didnt give inv code to him) so there is no crime.
How many time You have said "I'm going to kill You!" to someone and how many times You have been in jail because of that?
Comment has been collapsed.
It's a referral link which isn't allowed on the site. That's why you were banned. It wasn't for nothing.
Comment has been collapsed.
I do understand if someone is spamming other sites with referals. But if someone asks for invitation code and someone offers one to him in private, isn't it the nicest way to promote? Does it deserve ban with no warning or sth and no explanation?
Comment has been collapsed.
We try to keep the chat completely clear of referrals, begging, trading and other subjects related to rule breaking. What you're talking about is just a way to circumvent the rule. If it was really that easy to circumvent, then the original rule would be pointless.
Every site is going to require you to use a bit of common sense when you become part of it. PB isn't going to list every possible way that a person could circumvent the rule to make sure that PB is specific. It would be 1000 pages long with all the ways people have tried to figure ways around them.
Comment has been collapsed.
It's definitely a zero tolerance thing. Especially with GM codes because it was truly ridiculous at one point. Giving everyone more than one chance before they get removed would just make it annoying for the people that follow the rules.
Sorry but abusers ruin it for people. It's the reason we don't allow trade in chat. It's also the reason why we had to censor SG links in chat, since people were posting links to private giveaways (that they weren't supposed to).
Comment has been collapsed.
There's a difference. "I'm going to kill you!" is not necessarily showing signs of intent on it's own. You've fully admitted here that you intended to give the guy your link, and were actually attempting to do so. It was obviously clear enough at that point in time that you had established intent and were attempting to do so. If you were talking about killing someone in such the same manner where intent was able to be established, and it were reasonably understood that you were then attempting to do so, even if you do not succeed or fall short, there is still attempted murder.
Now, if you were telling someone "I'm going to kill you!" and you had a gun pointed at the person, that's analogous to "I'm going to give you my ref link!" and going to copy/paste it to give it to them.
Is that so hard to understand?
Comment has been collapsed.
Maybe You're right. But still if PlayBlink has it's own referals then it was like: We'll punish You for posting referals but we will reward You by posting our referals somewhere else.
It's like dont kill this guy here with a gun but take knife we offer to You and kill him somewhere else.
Comment has been collapsed.
Not really. I can give my refer link from PB (or anywhere) to my friends who I meet and add on Steam who show interest, or if I talk about it, and they're like, oh what's that now? I can give them my ref link. That's kind of how refers are meant to work... They're not meant to be go posting them all over the place hoping that 1 in every 21838128 people who see it will sign up under your refer link.
This applies to everything by the way, not just games. If I meet someone, and I'm talking about something I'm involved in which has a ref link, they show interest, I can go oh, hey, I'll send you a link later so you can check it out. Ya'know... Referring someone? I know, I know, I know, it's seriously messed up to think that people used to meet and talk in real life, but it happens, we all have to deal with that fact.
Comment has been collapsed.
a referall is something you gain money from.
an invitation code is just to register on another site.
why are all of you talking about referalls??????????? call it by the true name an INVITATION CODE
Comment has been collapsed.
Talking about killing someone and killing someone are both punishable by law.
Comment has been collapsed.
Should I report this comment to SG or the police? Both? It'd support my point real well. :P (I'm not going to report it to either, I'm not an ***hole)
Comment has been collapsed.
That would only be considered spam if it was all by the same person, but it would be spamming with begging in that case. If someone begs via private message it's definitely still a beg. And that kind of action on PB is also a zero tolerance ban.
Comment has been collapsed.
+1 to such a true post...
Same things happened to some friends of mine.
Also no chance to explain anything at all :P

Oh by the way, how did everyone asking about when it's coming and so on miss the Facebook post that was made on BB's Facebook (find it in the link in the OP) 6 hours before the OP made this post? I mean. Did the people who noticed it just kind of make sure nobody else mentioned it? Because yeah that kind of answers the whole "is this really coming soon?" question.

I think that this is only for website "theme" purposes. I doubt it will be a bundle with ALL of these games.
Have a nice day :)
