No they can still cancel it, unless it says order is complete then you will get a key soon.

No they didn't, they started cancelling orders after they were made aware of it. Plenty of people already received and redeemed their codes on Steam. It's up to Valve now to see if they want to remove the redeemed copies from people's libraries, but I doubt it since this was a mistake on the store's front and not an exploit.

not really. Thats for orders that are in progress. Not much they can do if someone already redeemed the code. Of course, they could ask for the game to be removed from the accounts, but those keys could not be used again anyways.

yeah, the likelihood that BestBuy asks nVidia to cancel their codes and that nVidia askes valve to cancel the steam codes and Valve actually complies seems pretty unlikely
