I used to do one Gel electrophoresis test everyday.

It's to check if cell culture is contaminated with Mycoplasma.
You take growth medium and make PCR with specific starters. So it's DNA. And in positive reaction there should be one, bright spot at top of the gel, so result is negative.
And at bottom part there are remains from master mix - two first wells after marker are water (negative control) and next two ones are checked sample.
Infected samples would look like this more or less - bright stripes in the middle of the gel.

TBH my every photo is made with phone, and these usually are worse quality. Still, that doesn't make me not feel proud, maybe I'll try with something better in the future :P

I tried countless times ^^ But they just don't want their picture to be taken. They either tilt their head in a rather strange manner, turn it too far, or just take a glimpse, or don't look at all because they know too well that in my hand, I hold a camera.
I guess me and my cats are a perfect match since I also don't like it when someone is trying to take a picture of me :3

i was expecting the 10 deadliest creatures, did some diving with reef sharks but besides a few spiders and snakes and crocks didnt really see much scary stuff.. was expecting more :)

Hiya guys, I recently fallen in love with photographing. I may not be a pro, but hell, I'm really proud with this one. Just decided to share it :D Also a warning, it contains spider, if there are people with arachnophopia.
I know some of You hate jigidi puzzles, but it is short, easy, and will really be worth it ;_; if not, You can beat me with sticks
