It's been so long since I had a coupon, I can't remember my "best." I think it was a 50% off on a AAA title, though, so I gave it away to someone that wanted it.
Well, you did get the part about "simple puzzle" accurate. I didn't have any trouble with the jigi. Couldn't get past the ITH, though. You say there's a clue for the pass, but I couldn't figure it out. I tried some really cleaver things, too, but no go. Oh, well...

Aha, 50% off for the typical AAA game is probably a great deal, assuming it's one you want to play... :) But I guess I'm too used to buying already cheap stuff with a big discount, since my first thought on hearing 50% off is hmm, is that all? :) Unless it's Dark Souls, I don't consider buying games until they are around $20... If I were clever I'd wait even longer, since there's already enough unplayed stuff in my library for several lifetimes... :( Oh well. :)
It's difficult for me even to see those jigidi things as puzzles, unless there's an option I haven't noticed. There's no fun, it's just time-consuming - unless you really enjoy jigsaw puzzles, of course. :) But since making real puzzles requires actual effort, and I'm lazy, I guess it's good enough for this sort of thing. :)
Oh, speaking of lazy, if you're trying anything clever, it's too clever to be correct. :) I don't do clever puzzles any more, assuming I ever did. :) Ahh, and hopefully this won't make it too obvious for the hundreds of people quietly lurking, but the itstoohard thing doesn't say anything about a clue, it says There's a hint back in the original message. :)

I currently have a 90% off coupon for the game "The Cursed Crusade," however when I view applicable games nothing comes up. I got it from crafting a badge for Trip to Yugoslavia ...apparently from what I've read others have this same issue ...apparently steam is dropping the coupons in the wrong regions so everyone who gets this one can do nothing with it! Would seem they really think we're in Yugoslavia! :P As for using coupons...if you're like me and you want to gift then that's pretty much the only option. I can't use these third party site as the only way I had to pay was with paypal, loading it via mycash cards. Paypal gets in trouble because of money laundering and the government forces them to do away with the mycash cards so I'm stuck buying steam cards and using up my plethora of badges missing one card to get a coupon. Don't even get me started on the Paypal Mastercard ....gave those people 300 dollars they never refunded and refused to setup an account for me....always got directed to some Indian outsource department when calling and they always gave me the runaround. Once the guy even had the nerve to question me about my e-mail..."Roughneck huh, what is this?" my reply "An oil rig worker." his reply " it means tough guy also though?" me: "Yeah I suppose it could mean that." He then laughs and puts me on hold for 40 minutes ...call back and get put on hold again. Okay now I'm just ranting. Sorry!

Hmm, I've seen interesting coupons in bot inventories where the "view applicable games" button shows nothing at all, guess it's something similar? What I'd really like for coupon browsing is some filter/addon/whatever to show if I own the game or not, since I can't remember... :( If I'm looking here for example, checking manually is a bit annoying. Guess most people know what they own though? So maybe it's only a problem for bundle addicts... :)
Aha, that sounds very frustrating, condolences on the lost money and the outsourced "help" ... :( I know how much I dread having to call one of those, always a shock to hear a native English speaker on the other end... :) Have had a fair amount of people who weren't interested in helping, or couldn't help, or couldn't understand what I was asking, but haven't had anyone just laugh at me... Something to look forward to, I guess...

Surpise puzzles are the worst puzzles :( Haven't solved it yet (and I don't think I will because I don't even know what I should be looking for), but I'm dissapointed in the fact that the password is not "El Psy Kongroo", hahaha.
And about my coupons: I don't even remember them, nor have I ever used one. So yeah, they were that shitty xD

I assume you spotted the subtle hint hidden in the last four "leftover bundle keys", and realised maybe it wasn't just bundle leftovers, chosen at random. :) And if you stared at the other keys long enough, maybe you noticed something else...
