What to do?

Hi guys, I finished my giveaway and sb won it. Yesterday I added him on Steam, but he wasnt online. Today I saw that he is online, but I cant contact him anymore, because he blocked me on Steam.. Can I do something else? Any ideas?

yeah thought about it, but how can i be sure, that he will see the mail?
or shall i make a screen of the email, to show that i sent it, if there will be any problems?

Look it says on the FAQ to send the gift via email. He even sees the message that he won and that he should pay attention for these kind of emails. If he doesn't redeem within a week re-roll the giveaway and repeat until SOMEONE gets it :D
