Each new day is a new opportunity to change things. It is seldom linear, and often we can't immediately see how, but time brings reflection and perspective, and often helps to unblock and try different solutions. It's also important to remember that no one is an island, that we can reach out to others for new points-of-view and/or help in reducing burdens. Even if others are not going through the same, they often have had to deal with something in the past that may bring insight (it's also easier to see clear from the outside).
