118.28 is the value corresponding to the reduced CV already. Full CV value would have been 865.44, including the 0 CV ones.

In theory, if the bundle's price is less than or equal to 5% of the MSRP price, then the games should receive partial CV. In practice, this rule is more or less applied, but it can also depend on the tiers and the prices paid for each tier, together with the value of the games on the grey market and some circumstantial factors (basically if a game can be acquired for cheap, it's not fair for it to give full CV).
This bundle costs around $47 with a retail value of $865.44; for the above rule to be applied the bundle MSRP should be greater than $940 which in this case is considered close enough to the actual retail value to warrant a CV reduction on all games, also factoring in that a lot of people choose to give these games away because of the key expiry threat. Therefore, in order to avoid CV farming, even the new to bundle games were switched to partial CV.

I've been a couch potato for the past 2 days watching Netflix, and checking SG only once in a while instead of ~hourly as I used to before, but I managed to process all the reports so far.
