hm, my store page says Inside comes on July 7th, not on June 29th.

EDIT: yeah, PC release date is July 7th.

Not entirely sure what you mean by that .
But you wont get Any Gifts or keys ... you should just be able to add it to your library ...

So No Regifting / Re Selling later :)

What he meant was that publisher wanted the information about the game going free long before the game actually went free thus ONLY making a few who remembered about it to download. Low key.

You should've seen his profile, which would be evident that he has been in Steam and Steam Gifts for a long time to know he knows that there won't be regifting/reselling by any chance.

You cant really take the SG profile for granted .

No naming but there are ppl lvl 8/9 who flat out regift stuff they wont by Multi accounting :)

Anyway hes way of wording it was kinda weird so i missed the point he was trying to make here .

I mean that in lots of countries where is already coming 22th of June soon, and its not the first time I see this kind of promotions going late in order to make less ppl get it.

There are times that I agree with you but this one is a bit preposterous. You've been around way long enough and have experienced enough to not know that the Steam store operates on Pacific time where Valve HQ is located and that one should probably expect a promo like this to go live around 10am PT, the same time a store sale would traditionally start/end assuming there are no hitches.

Some people stated this a few pages before too. We shouldn't take stuff for granted.
I always see that when free stuff is given away there will always be people complaining/ scolding the people giving stuff away. The developers were nice enough to give away free games, so we should at least have the patience and courtesy to wait (even if they were late).

Late is that in many countries 22th of June will already come before promotion starts, and if they promised that game will be free on 21 and 22th of June they should have cared more about at what time giving it better, not only caring about the best time for US.
