No, I was actually wondering if it's a licensing thing. Traditionally, the UK and Ireland got lumped together for digital stuff. (I'm from Ireland) With Brexit, that's of course going to change. Just wondering why Lootboy above all things is excluding them from stuff now.

The game is quite good. You should give it a chance. It's not crappy by any stretch of the imagination. I feel like people are discarding games just because of the platform which is a shame.

You could just as easily get a bunch of useless vouchers and other trash by spending 20k coins on 2k packs. Even if you get several itch.io games, they might not work (see my comment here - I even got Shuyan Sage for itch.io before in some 2k pack, only to find out that it wasn't the full game ). So spending 20k otherwise useless coins for that game, even if it's for itch.io seems okay, as long as you're interested in the game - which I am not.

Don't get me wrong, I was emphasizing the fact the game is not bad and it's undeserving of the crappy tag. I know that platform has lots of questionable so called games. I'd usually agree with you on the pricing aspect but in this specific situation I believe the game is really worth the 20k and even the asking price. I got maybe hundreds of 2k packs and a bunch of games from them, most being really crappy, with only a few exceptions.

True ,that game you mentioned is in my AAA collection on Itch from a while ago.
I just wish the owner of Itch would do a site redesign ,it's very messy navigating around it most of the time.
It's not very clear sometimes if you own a game already or if games have been removed from your library which happens more than i like ,with zero notification.
Also ,i've noticed the same game can be on sale by different sellers for wildly different prices.
The whole site needs cleaning up.
But it's great that it exists as a place for devs AND gamers.
It is something different when compared to Steam and the like.
I seem to remember the Itch client i tried a while back being quite a bit better than the browser experience.

As a platform, Itch.io is very chaotic at best. I highly dislike lots of things about it. I see it more like the Wild West of platforms. It definitely needs some work.

To the rest, yes i see it the same. 10x 2k packs would give at least more games and higher chances for gems BUT i would not bet that the maybe 5 itchio games are from the quality that shuyan saga have.

I think they mentioned somewhere that the DLC pack was locked to EU, but not 100% sure.
And yeah, if I remember correctly there also are region locked diamonds packs.
