Did an offer through thr Treasure Room. Did one which required me to do an in-game purchase which rewarded 273 diamonds. Bought something in the required app for €1,09, got the diamonds a few minutes later. Used that + a few saved up diamonds to buy 3 Supreme Steam packs. And yeah, I actually got 2 Steam walletcards, so in this case it was definitely worth the €1,09 spent.
The amounts also activated in €, so I actually got €15.
EDIT: Also got a bonus rush pack, which gave me 5 diamonds and State of Mind (Steam). Created a giveaway in the group for that game (too lazy to link it here, sorry).

If you mean packs for 2,000 coins, they doesn't have any Steam games, only some in-game boosters, itch.io and other stuff.
But they contain a bit of coins (sometimes it's a nice cashback) and they can contain few diamonds.
As for the Supreme Steam, there is a list of games mentioned in its description (it's more or less truthful).

I've recently purchased 25 lootpacks and got about 15 diamonds from them. It depends on your luck, actually.
Sometimes the coins are more useful for purchasing the unique game packs, just as the recent "Death Stranding" for 500,000 coins; but such cases are quite rare and the packs have region restrictions (please correct me someone if it's not so, I'd be thankful).
Everything is up to you, in any case :)

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
