i haven't been able to find the monthly packs (currently january 2022) in the diamonds section on the app -- are people still getting those packs with diamonds? i'm fine with supreme steam if that's all i can get for free but otherwise like to mix it up.

I had the same thought.
I seemed to be the problem of skipping days previously.
Logged in every day this last "week "before and after the timer hitting the 0 hour.
No problem getting the 10 diamonds before the weekly Thursday reset.

The only confusing thing about each "day", is it starts and ends at a particular time that isn't Midnight unless you are in the right time zone in Europe. For Eastern time U.S., it's before or after 7PM. So you might think you are logging in each day, but if some are before 7PM and some after 7 PM, you will still miss days. Because there will be one day you both didn't login after 7PM and didn't login before 7PM the next.

Same thing happened to me when buying premium packs with loot tickets on Lootboy app. I tried to buy 1 pack but there is no option to buy 1 pack. I can buy 1 pack on Lootboy website so I guess the mobile app has problems.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
