If the image and the text don't match, contact support to fix the card, because there's no way to say which one is the actual key in the card.
This mismatching has happened since I've used LootBoy and sometimes is one thing and sometimes the other. Support has the answer.

You don't get credits directly. The steps are:
- Buying the bundle should have given you a "bonus pack" in your card inventory, when you open it, it contains cards of "black market cheat chips". It may take awhile for the bonus pack to appear.
- Click the cheat chips card in your inventory, to redeem them in the Black market storefront.
- In the storefront you can purchase credits with your redeemed chips.
That said, I don't myself see Amazon credits available for purchase in the Black Market store, all I see as options to purchase are "500 diamonds", "Nintendo eShop 15eur", "GooglePlay 15eur", "Steam 5eur", "XBox Live Card 5eur". Maybe it is different in other countries.
