I would recommend Coromon! I won it here on SG and I didn’t really have much expectations for it to begin with it but genuinely surprised after playing it. It’s essentially a Pokémon clone but it reminds me of the GBA era of Pokémon games. The writing is simple, cute and fun. There is quite a bit of depth to the Coromon and battle system. The design of the different areas are unique. I would say the game makes good use of the color palette to build the world. It doesn’t feel to grindy and somewha challenging although you do have the option of customizing the difficulty. Overall would recommend!

Are we talking about games that have all 4 tags or a pick&mix sorta thing? Cause if it's for all 4 I'm gonna be totally useless, that's actually a genre I'm not fond of.(mostly the metroidvania/platformer part)

If we're looking at each tag individually though there are some more suggestions that come to mind.

Against the Storm is a roguelite citybuilder which surprisingly makes for a very unique and interesting mix. you build your settlements under a time limit and with semi-randomised options available to you every run, on different biomes that have different resources, explore the procedurally generated maps and inevitably reach the end of a cycle after a few settlements which wipes the board clean. You do get points to spend on a "skill tree" though that adds meta progression to subsequent cycles.

Monster Sanctuary is a pixel graphics metroidvania/platformer creature collector/battler. Again a unique mix of genres that make for a very compelling game. You explore the levels, collect monsters, train them and fight in a turn based combat system. Highly recommended.

Edit: Since I saw your edit that it doesn't need to fall under everything I'll also add one more to the list.
The Iron Oath. I'm not sure if this will be your jam since I don't see other games of the same subgenre in your most played ones(at least that I know of) but it's a pixel graphics mercenary company management game with an overarching plotline. However I can't fully attest to how good it is as I've only played a few hours myself at a friend's and there are a number of reviews that focus on how repetitive it gets. But from the few hours that I played I did enjoy it very much.

Copy Kitty. Still overlooked. Still one of the best games on the entire platform.
Also Monolith Star of Providence, which has been my favorite action roguelike for years now.

Dandara: Trials of Fear Edition is a good metroidvania and little known.
It is a gravity-defying platformer that turns gaming norms upside down.
