I find it weird since they are on steam and not in a bundle or anything that they need keys... guess the system is more complicated then meets the eye.

Seems odd still.

if i remember correctly, the game has it's own license check servers. That's why you need a key.

It's just Sacred 2: Fallen Angel. There is also add-on Ice and Blood. But it was released only in Europe.
