A QoL-upgrade would be to have the games in the table in the exact order as they appear on Humble Bundle from Top Left to Bottom Right. AFAIK Lilly sorted them like that.

Can someone explain to me how to read the information that is posted about countries with or without blockades? I'm new and I don't understand.

If your country is listed, in your example MX (Mexico) then that region lock means only countries within that subID (LATAM) can activate the key for that game. You can click the sub to see the locks on steamDB if it's indexed.
I couldn't activate/redeem that key in my country for example.
If it's a WW (Worldwide) key, then there are no region locks and anyone can activate it.

If you bought the bundle, there should be no issues activating the games on your account. The region lock information is mostly for making giveaways and trading games, when the country where the game is purchased is not necessarily the same country where the key will be activated.
In the Region Locks section of the post, there are links to various SteamDB pages. They list specific countries where a key can or can't be activated.
Example:
LATAM + RU/CIS + CN + IN + TR: a shared region locked key {sub/877616}
Keys purchased in any of the countries listed can only be activated in one of the listed countries. A key bought in Mexico can be activated in Argentina, but cannot be activated in the United States.

I understand, that is to say when it is blocked it is usually activated in Latam, if I buy them in Mexico (for raffles to redeem them) and apart from the other regions that allow us to do so

Still do. Back when I started categorizing, there were only a handful of options on how to categorize but I wanted a different, more custom system. Thankfully, I only had a few hundred games on my account back then. Nowadays, I'd be pretty screwed lol.

BIG HARD PASS on this one. While Dordogne looks like a fun story (19 months old). It's about the only one that holds any interest. Beneath Oresa looks fun and has also been in a past bundle from humble (hate when they do that).
I believe Against the Storm has been a fanatical mystery bundle (swear I've seen it in something).
The entire bundle just feels old and warn. Not a very good start to a new year.

How do we "skip" a month, again? I took advantage of the 1 year deal back in December, but I'm not sure this month is worth it.

Normally the coupons arrive to humble bundle accounts. If you go to the Humble coupons section you can see if you have any in your account. (They usually notify you in the registered email if you have a coupon). In my case I have not received any coupon yet.

I think it's reliable, Shogun 2 has already been in an humble sega bundle (not a monthly).
But it's really a missed opportunity, cause for lunar sale, maybe chinese players would have prefered TW 3 kingdoms.

likely a steam limitation problem, note how its not usually the big AAA games having issues being restocked, its the indies. Since valve will limit the number of keys that can be generated based off sales data.
