Legacy Of Kain Soul Reaver (Action Adventure, you use an angel who gets cast out from its realm, and is forced to suck souls, he has the ability to move between planes, the planes of the dead and the planes of the alive, quite long)

Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha (another fighting game, great graphics by the time, though there are better ones around i guess)

For PS2, the first 3 (personally the foruth one as well) Ratchet & Clank games. Legendary stuff.

For PS1, Ape Escape was pretty good.

Resident Evil: Gun Survivor- best survivor game I played and it is freaking scary...or was when I was 11.
