You should remove the link to that user's profile; calling someone out like that is against the rules and could land you in trouble, regardless of whether your claim is legitimate or not.

He has negative reputation on steamgifts and he has been reported on steamrep multiple times. If you have enough proof, please try reporting him on steamrep and on steam support. :/ I hope you feel ok now. :)

You can report only the account that he used to scam you, as long as you have proof. If you are sure that the has another account too, then just search in his friends, his wall comments, and his groups, and you may find him. :/

Sorry, but I fail to understand you. :/ No need to open anyone's inventory. As long as you have a picture of your chat with him and a picture of the trade, that will be enough proof to report him.

I thought he is fine.
cuz his lvl was 22 , he join Steam Trading Cards Group. and he has many friend and +rep.
but that are disguise.
I notice about repetition +rep . and 70% friends are low lvl.
and he don't have any skins.
