Hello. This game is not available in Steam in my region (italy). I see one good offer on Gamersgate. Can i activate it or steam blocks it? thx

Most likely, you cannot purchase it from the store in Italy but you should be able to activate it, if Gamersgate provides region-free keys (unlike GMG that, despite their claims, give you region-locked keys).
