trying to remember a song.

the lyrics of the songs are something like this:
left to rewind, right to fast forward....
i keep getting hurt....
but your voice is sinking in now....

it's a metal'ish song with some growling in it, i remember the name of the song is made up of two words, one of which is "sounds/sound" or "words/word".
