That happened with my Groupees account sometime back in September or October. Lost about 100 keys because I had just sat on all the bundles I purchased during those two months waiting until after my birthday stuff to start adding them.

During a set of GA's I had made last month, when they ended, I discovered the keys I had previously verified as hidden and giftable were revealed and used from my account.

File a complaint. Last time when some bastard took my keys on IG, they restocked them for me and apologized for their hole in security. Hope you get the same treatment :)

At the end of last month, someone got into my IG account and took a bunch of the keys I had sitting in there. This has prompted me to finally get rid of the rest of my old keys and gifts so that won't be a problem in the future.
Here is the first series of over 20 games as a train, enjoy!
