I would check the Intel display / Windows display settings and see if the auto brightness is set to on.

So I just recently purchased a new laptop and the only thing that bugged me was the screen's contrast (maybe?). Like when I play Skyrim for example, when it is midnight in-game, the screen would be really really dark (with brightness max). Therefore, if I bump into a wolf or something, it's 90% blend in with the dark ( I can see their eyes only). So what should I do about this? Is it screen's problem or Skyrim's problem? Maybe this should be the first thing that I should ask :c
