I'm cursed. Seems like whenever I can catch the new bundle on the day and very time it starts to get the best price on BTA, it turns out to be a meh or sucky bundle.

for ONCE that didn't happen to me, I was super busy at work and even had to stay late. And since I don't even own a console, (and likely never will) this was an awesome day/week to fire this up.
So while I'm sure it doesn't help you much, at least you can "rest easy" knowing it worked out for the Evil Cat today :P

Not as good as the last PS bundle they did with the Resident Evil games, but I did the $1 tier. Already own Legend of Kay and the other games I either have on Steam or don't care about.

Available everywhere, redeemable only on a US region account. Given both PS3 and PS4 allow multiple accounts, that isn't an issue. :P

Nope. Here is what you do. Create a new user account on system, use it for the US PSN account login, set the current system as Primary system for that account. Now all user accounts on that system have access to games owned by that account. The only time you need to log in to the US account is to download the games. You can play them just fine on any account, and earn trophies as you would normally.
The hand held systems don't allow this unfortunately (which is why I own two PSTVs, one for each of my accounts), but no games in this bundle are for PSP / Vita.

The games will require the account remain on the system, yes. However, you can't delete the PSN account, just remove it from your system, so you could always log it back in. :P
Just be sure to never forget the login details.
It is worth having a second account anyway, US gets some good sales that PAL doesn't, as well as some games publishers don't give us. Just use Amazon to buy any gift cards for buying US games.
For example, I got Resident Evil 2 (PS1) for US$1.50, God of War: Classics HD for US$3.75, God of War: Origins HD for $2.50, Freedom Wars for $3, Need for Speed: Most Wanted for $2, Megadimension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies for $3, all within a few weeks. It just offers some really good sales, so a second account is useful if you want more games. :P
