I always liked the one in Halo 2, on the Zanzibar multiplayer map. You change the time on your Xbox to a certain date, can't remember it, and the little sign down by the beach changes to say something different than it normally says, can't remember that, either.

I like the Lost easter egg in half life 2 episode 2. And I don't kwnow if it is a real easter egg, but also the doctor Magnuson's reference to the "microwave incident" in half life 1.

GTA SA, on top of what is supposed to be the SF bridge. I think it said "There is no Easter egg here", or something along those lines.

Crysis 2 elevator Easter egg was pretty fun.

I've only ever seen it in videos, but for some reason the who wants toast easter egg from some gears of war game cracks me up a good bit.
as far as ones I've witnessed the easter eggs in Borderlands 2 were pretty great.

Ones I make myself. You know - put them in socks with some flowers, grass and stuff like that. Then put in cauldron and boil them. Then I get very beautiful Easter eggs.:)
