Company of Heroes(New Steam Version)... CoH owners come..

soo... i kinda don't understand this thing popped out suddenly in my library while i already installed CoH... so what is the diffrent between this version and the old version? so do i have to redownload it? or i can do backups of old CoH?

I own all COH. I only play single player and Skirmish against computer.
To clarify.
Do I need to uninstall what I have and re-install the new one? Is there any benefit to doing this?
