Congratulations you are one year closer to your death. Take a moment to think about things you have achieved during that time and don't get too depressed if those things aren't enough. Also don't forget about health conditions that are more common as we age like cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease (strokes), high blood preassure (hypertension), cancer, type 2 diabetes, parkinson's diesease, dementia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cataracts, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), hearing loss. Those are just a few I googled so don't forget to get yourself checked by a doctor more often.
