Do as DivineAura said: Mass Effect 3 demo arrives that day. Sit inside playing the game, all the while thinking of the poor schmucks that are running around buying overpriced chocolate and "cute" toys. Then you can go to the stores the day after and buy the same stuff for half price.
That's the plan for me and my girlfriend at least.

I never even realized valentine's day was coming until I read this thread. All Feb 14 was for me was the day Twisted Metal, Mass Effect 3 demo, Dear Esther and UFC Undisputed 3 comes out. There is literally no time for girls. I can barely juggle my computer engineering university program with all these games. So get over that slut by joining me and countless other gamers in playing like crazy this Valentines dayy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not going to join the crowd and throw "she's not good enough for you" et cetera at you. It's just words from the faceless hordes that mean nothing in the long run (hell, without knowing either of you, it's pointless in the short run too). What I will give are my truest commiserations and say that if there's anything I can do that would actually help, I'll try my best to do it, however unlikely it is that I can actually do anything, being one of the faceless horde myself.

That said, the best chocolate ice cream money can buy (two tubs worth) and if you can find or make one a dunmow flitch (basically, a Cornish pasty filled solely with smoked and unsmoked bacon. It's delicious hot or cold and is an incredible comfort food).

I'll probably play league of legends amumu all day..

To everyone saying ice cream: Shit got cold when she broke up with him after 4 years, he doesn't need the cold ice cream that tastes so good to remind him of the fact that she was a good thing. He needs something hot. Like sizzling ice cream. Fried ice cream. SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF HEAT.

But in all seriousness, people break up all the time. If you're young, why worry? Just go chase you some skirts, and maybe one of them will blow up for you. ;D
