As for games I would like to see remade, with some more modern design sensibilities, and a better interface, yet keeping what made them great to begin with:
Ultima 4, 5 & 7 (and I would like to see 8 & 9 properly fixed)
Warcraft 1 & 2
MechCommander (the upcoming Batteltech game will be quite different from this)
Lands of Lore 2 (the first one has aged far better than the second one)
Populous 1 & 2
Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned rat
Space Hulk
Daggerfall (fewer bugs and better dungeons!)

I'd love to play the Soul Reaver games with modern graphics, maybe they could even restore some of the cut content from the originals...

The Movies, that's the one I want to see remade/revived/rebooted/rereleased. Unfortunately, as so often, I think there is a rights issue. But there is always hope that a game just like it will be made. :)

I'd like to see the Mass Effect Trilogy remastered with the existing mods and support for new platforms. Just put the textures & DLC into the last revision of the Unreal 3 engine. It's the best sci-fi story I've ever seen over the course of decades.

I'd like to see Tribes 1 & 2 supported on Steam or Origin, the other games in the series are on very different engines that don't play the same at all. Dynamix grew out of the flight sim biz to give us Tribes so the physics and scriptability is incredible compared to the new trash that has better graphics but plays like crap. Just a small example, Tribes 2 had auto bots to balance teams where bots were replaced with live players when they joined. These are features that existed a decade and a half ago that are still missing from 'modern' games that still ship hit-scan weapons and have terrible team matching and laughable lag prediction.

I actualy got in touch with a spokeperson from Cypronia Studios and to my amazement, convinced him to convince his co-workers to re-release, remaster, update, renew and polish up for todays computers, State Of War + Warmonger expansion. Cant wait for that!

仙剑奇侠传三, 仙剑奇侠传三问情篇, 轩辕剑四，and 轩辕剑外传苍之涛。 仙剑's 3D remakes have already been confirmed, so that's great, but it'd be great for 轩辕剑四 and 轩辕剑外传苍之涛 to be remade in a new engine as well-they were graphically revolutionary at the time, but haven't aged well.

I reckon they should remake Skyrim, again.

Life. Most people want to change this game but no one talks about it. Delete all that P2W shit. Re-create more friendly NPC's. Make better main missions. Make better side missions/quests. Make anti-viruses for ever virus/disease a person can get.(Fix those bugs) Delete those "war" thoughts from people heads. Also the 7 deadly sins...Those are the worst. Delete those thoughts too. From the source code! Make the world a friendlier place, for everyone. Many other things, I am too sleepy to think about it. (Too bad this will never happen but eh, whatever, someone had to say it).
