More Food for Thought

If it's dog food then all they need to do is make sure that dogs will eat it and they can then say it's "improved." Because really, who's going to go out and argue that not 1 single dog likes it more than an older flavor of food.

My guess is that they give dogs multiple bowls of food, and judge based upon whether the dog chooses the new flavour or the old flavour first.

A product cannot be both new and improved.
