I've got numerous freezes where embedded youtube videos totaled the client - though I hope it was just because of some directX problem, but it was incredibly frustrating.
Broken is not a good world, but the " I don't understand why they are so lazy" category would be the greenlight like you mentioned, and the total lack of customization - mainly that I can't even order my groups :( It wouldn't be so hard to order by members, join date and alphabet. It looks like a small problem but mind-numbling that there are several year old posts asking for this feature, and still no.

Honestly if they would fix the groups, expand the search function and maybe they would move their ass against shovelware games that sometimes even disgraces them (GabeN the final decision, Gabe simulator)... They are like not even actively doing stuff, it's kind of terrifying. :| Valve may be passive as one of the best developers, but it still could be a great corporation, but instead of improving they just sit, uses Steam as a shelf for everything that can be used as a cash-in. It's really, really weird, I would have expect them to be better/ more clever

I forgot about the youtube thing that pisses me off! And i agree with the tags thing. And with games steam just needs to enable filtering so we don't see types of games we don't like (I.E. For Me VN and MOBAs) So you you're right but i think buggy would be more appropriate.

The account seems more like a CS:GO alt. That for some reason is also used for trading. The only thing that would make me wary is why is an alt used for trading.

You can't really go first with him. It obviously looks like an alt account, mostly because of the number of the games and the hours that he played. I'm 90% sure which is his original account, but I can't start calling out. xD

True that. This change of policy, that they don't accept reports about keys, is totally stupid. So, now people can scam keys all the time and nobody will be able to report them. Steamrep has reached a whole new level of stupidity. Not only they never answer the reports and now this?

Well, look at the comments in their wall and mostly their steamgifts rep. And he had a report on steamrep, but it was archived. Also, it's obviously an alt profile and his original account is obviously one of his steam friends. ;)

Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum.
It's in the guidelines. You can justify it how you wish, I'm simply trying to help you avoid a suspension.
