Day Z or Rust?

Rust has more emphasis on inventory management and building. Both games are have a pretty horrid player base, and can be hard to start off on. I think as it stands Day-Z is more developed and is better at its current state, but Rust could easily outdo Day-Z in a matter of an update or two. Personally, I prefer Rust because its nice to build some pretty cool structures every now and then, when you're not starting over countless times. Rust can be a lot of fun if you get the proper spawn and find the proper friends, otherwise you probably won't survive. You can be a lot more independent on Day-Z however.

Yes, they are in alpha development test, but dont be shitty, EVERY FUCKING GAME was some time alpha version.
Apart from that, DayZ is a FUCKING GREAT game, say what you say.

Both is alpha, both is very bad at this state.Buy something else for now.You can buy them when they went beta or released.

The sheer fact that Rust does not contain Zombies anymore means that I'll support Rust 100% in this quiz. Fuck zombies and the lack of imagination of Devs.

DayZ, all the way.

I'd say Rust. DayZ is still busted as hell imo, whereas Rust is at least playable. And screw the people bashing early access, if you actually want to help with the development process, and keep in mind that it's IN PROGRESS. It's basically buying the game, and then helping it become a great game. All those n00bs are just too lazy to work through a development process.

i dont have dayz but want it. i do have rust and have had it for many many months now and the only change ive seen in it is they replaced zombies with copy/paste animals that are now colored red. they are(if they havent already) also making all weapons, tools, cloths and anything else you can make deteriorate to completely perm broken which is stupid.

all that being said the game got very boring for me pretty quick. theres just not much to do in the game at all really. loot stuff build stuff loot more stuff build onto or repair stuff. i know someones gonna bring up kill people and to that i say there are 10 million WAY better shooter games then rust. if i wanna shoot people ill go play a game thats built way better for shooting people like defiance or halo as 2 poor examples.

i look at it this way as a comparison between the 2.

rust is a build game with the option to shoot people

dayz is a shoot people game with the option to repair things to use like vehicles.

Neither.

If you really want to get one of the two, I would go with Rust. Haven't played either so this is just personal preference from the gameplays and reviews I have seen.

If you want the funny, go for Rust

I have both, and RUST is much more fun.
