BEST! I wish Bullfrog got to finish 3. It's an amazing game, but I'd love to see it modernized.

I definitely have a point of trying that one. I just dont like the lack of skirmish mode. Two different evil geniuses making their base in the same plot of digging space for multiplayer things.
Unless it does have that, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I am unaware of any MP aspect. It may have been modified since there is an online community and it was released on steam. The single player mode was a lot of fun though. Definitely has that tongue in cheek feel of the first austin powers movie.

Not only that, but they rushed the release of DK2 into what Molyneux called "an incomplete game". I cant even imagine a 1999 game being any better.

Final Fantasy Crisis Core. Probably my favourite game.

I love P3 and P4...when I started I just couldn't stop playing.

You mean they made a game named after Sir Fortix?

Warlocked.. I was addicted to that game back when I still had a GBC.
Also Shadowgate 64! I havent seen anyone actually talk about it apart from watching LP's.

I love star wars battlefront 2 but I guess since none of my friends know that game will remain between just me, my cousins and my brother. I still always play at my cousin's house on his ps2!
I was addicted to altitude for a week or so but none of my friends knew that game either.
And probably the first saints row. I loved that game but no one in my social circle was into it when it came out. Saints row 2 was a bit more popular but it was just me and a handful of my friends on the second one.
The original just cause when it first came out. A lot of people know the new one though so that one is different.
Red faction guerrilla was really good and not that known in my opinion.

I'd include Railroad Tycoon 3, but I think I've seen some people talking about it. Not sure though.

It's interesting how some great games from such a well known franchise slipped through the gaps of the world's memory.

Freedom Fighters (it used the Hitman 2 engine), Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy, Brother In Arms multiplayer.

Psi-Ops was great, it was a shame Second Sight came out around the same time. They both stole each other's thunder.

I prefered Second Sight, actually. Loved the story back then. Wonder if I'd still do now... Hmm.

I really liked Freedom Fighters,Psi-ops was also a lot of fun.

Ahh...Freedom Fighters, I remember that game. Nobody seemed to like it, except for me.
Another game I really liked, but nobody else seemed to like is Conflict: Desert Storm, it just released on Steam a few days ago, it's originally released in 2002. At the time, it was one of my favourite games.

Was a good game, but I just hated the aiming system, that was terrible

Aaah, I love Freedom Fighters. Wonderful atmosphere, super fun gameplay and probably the best soundtrack Jesper Kyd has ever made. Still listen to that every once in a while.
Psi-Ops was fun too, but such an awful cliffhanger ending.

Star Trek: Bridge Commander! Awesome game, in multiplayer as well, with the hell of a lot of modifications! Enjoyed it a lot, Sadly I was stuck at some point in singleplayer...

Oh, god... yeah, there were some missions where the difficulty curve suddenly did a loop-the-loop, weren't there? Beat it twice, but that was it. My latest attempt had me stuck fighting three Romulan warbirds, if I recall.

As far as I remember that's where I gave up as well. I tried several power distribution settings, the best by far was with maximum to engines, since you could outmaneuver the Warbirds a lot easier - but with three of them this was madness!

Engines to full, get away from the battle, keep them on one side of you as long as you can, letting just one section of your shields take the punishment. When one uncloaks, divert as much power as you can to weapons and charge for it, bombarding the single ship's cloak, then warp core into dust. Six quantum torpedoes down their throat ends with a lovely explosion. <3

Thanks for the hint, I need to get my hands on the game again and try it with these tactics again! Need... to... destroy... Warbirds.... :D

Wonderful games! So underrated, with great missions and an awesome female lead.

Not so fond of original JP... but Buried in Time was GREAT.
Who hasn't heard of suikoden? I still own my physical PS1 copy. Awesome title.
QBert... but only the arcade one that had that big metal thing in it that thumped on the ground when you died lol.

Beyond the Beyond -ps1
Its not that great by todays standards but I loved it when it came out.

Yeah I liked the mix actually, wish it was done more.

No One Lives Forever; Urban Chaos; Omikron; Close Combat IV and CC V (those two are simply incredible RTS games, its a shame not many RTS nowadays follow such example); Dungeon Keepers; Redneck Rampage; Lemmings; Little Big Planet; Hidden & Dangerous (still have my original copy around); Starlancer (still remember trying to run the game smoothly on my PC); Legacy Of Kain: Soul Reaver, and many more i can't seem to remember their names.

Lemmings... that game used to eat my time like nothing else. I remember I got the SNES version also... head to head lemmings is a friendship ender lol.
Soul Reaver 1 on dreamcast was one of my favorite titles... and definitely the best of the series imho.

For me this would have to be Darkest of Days, had it on Xbox awhile back. Have never heard it mentioned by ANYONE, so weird. A good game, altho I let someone borrow it then moved away right after I got it :P. Working on trying to get it on PC now, would really enjoy finishing the campaign. What about you guys? Are there any games you think are amazing, but have somehow noticed seem to not exist?
