I most enjoyed the Tennant series, but had to vote for Rowan Atkinson. Although that sketch had quite a few additional Doctors in it. Ah, Dalek bumps...

As much as I love the newer Doctors, I'm gonna vote for Peter Davison...I just love the idea of "decorative vegetable"! Second favorite would be Capaldi if 2/3 of his lifetime weren't filled with obnoxious writing - Kill the Moon was the worst episode of the entire.show. But his good episodes (Mummy on the Orient Express, Hubsand of River Song, Empress of Mars, etc) were all so perfect.
