If we dont use our credit by that time it will dissapear.

It includes the money you geted from Bioshock Infinite.

Thanks to "Comunidad en español" for the headsup

Why wouldn't they post this on their blog? Seems fake.

Credit will expire on Playfire, not in GreenManGaming. You must transfer your credit to your GreenManGaming account logging in GMG site, and then you can use it. Read the damn email for god's sake.

Yeah read the email...especially the part that says "Do be aware that any credit you have on Green Man Gaming will expire on 13th November 2015".

I got no such thing by e-mail
if it were to happen there would be an official announcement/info

Thus I call bullsh*t

edit:
yeah, the e-mail says it expires if not transferred from playfire to gmg

Didn't get such email myself and to add to this there's no mention on credit expiration on GMG/Playfire blog site..... something smells fishy here.

Comment has been collapsed.

Yes, fishy indeed. I haven't received such email either, pretty much all what you said there is true and I would just add that the email is worded weirdly like if they used an automatic translator, not sure if this is standard way for them to communicate their business plans to their customers, because I rarely read any emails from them, they send too many for me to read all of them and from those emails I took a quick look at, mostly only news about deals though, I haven't really noticed that they would write with such grammar errors before. Of course this doesn't necessarily mean that email is fake, but it's raising a red flag for me and I would be careful with that. I don't think this concerns me however as I haven't received any email from them even though my credit there is 1.71 eur. At any rate it does bring a lot of confusion.

The email in the picture is the same email that GMG sends their normal emails from

gmgteam@news.greenmangaming.com

So it looks legit to me

That's true but the original source of the image came from a member from Neogaf. Another member of Neogaf also stated that they received the same email, though he didn't post a corresponding image.

I see no reason for them to lie so I'm assuming it's true unless proven otherwise.

As others have said, I doubt it's true.

I haven't received this e-mail either, and your GMG credit used to be automatically updated when getting your Playfire rewards. Just checked their Twitter and Facebook, as well as their blog and there's no mention of it happening.

I have 52€....and I'm probably buying Dark Souls 2 and Mad Max for 24€ and 25€.

You should buy VIP deals, they are by far the best.

dark souls 2 is 19 euros and mad max 20e on gameplanet now... but if you have credit to use maybe it's better to go with gmg. :)

There was a message a few months ago about them having their last week of rewards while they're busy upgrading their system.
So there won't be any new rewards until it is live.
Remember, the PlayFire and client was always in beta, so it was never expected to last forever, but rather a trial before the actual system is in place.
Besides, it was free credit to use on GMG, I don't see how anyone should complain about something that was free in the end. :)

Oh noooooooooo :( welp, it has been dead since a long time so ... They haven't put any rewards anymore, it was a nice concept but ... good things someday have to end.

The link on the email brings me to http://neo.greenmangaming.com/r/?id= something here, not sure if unique, so I guess there's no risk. I logged into my account, and I didn't get any credit, even though the email said I had 1,40 euro. :P

I never did use this program. Seems a shame. Even games I preordered only needed to be played for credit and I still haven't gotten to them (I'm looking at you, Resident Evil Revelations 2). Ah well, such is life. :)

Thanks for the message. I guess I'll have to use the little credit I have. MISSING: An Interactive Thriller sounded like a good buy, and even though I'd normally buy the Android version, I might use the little credit I have for that.

Pity I didn't buy it immediately. The deal is gone. I guess I'll have to look for another interesting low cost deal in the next month.

Damn, and the only game I wanted to buy on discount at the sub-$2 price range is Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack, and it's now on sale on Steam, so I bought it with my credit there.

I can only hope I won't end up spending the credit on some unwanted bundle game or lose it altogether.
