It's not necessarily my favorite but the World of Goo soundtrack is awesome.

Can't really pick a favorite, but off the top of my head, Risk of Rain's and Trine's soundtracks are great.

Mass Effect (especially the second) / World of goo / Assassin's Creed (the third one) / Grim Fandango (super jazz !) / Red dead redemption / Journey, and more and more... I can hear this kind of music for hours, even if I've never played the game.

It's not like this thread wasn't here before... but anyway, Max Payne (1&2) soundtrack is probably my favorite.
