You gave away games with no value, games that have been free somewhere.

Because all the games you've given away have 0 CV. On the giveaway page if there's a double asterisk you'll get no points to level up, if there's one asterisk it means you'll get some points, and if there's no asterisk you'll get a lot.
two asterisks is usually used for free, extremely cheap or constantly bundled games.
one asterisk is used for a bundled game.
