It's actually incredibly stupid for anyone else to do GA's of it because the CV gained is so pathetically low yet the blacklisting is gonna be brutal for them. shakes head

Because Support is made of humans that might not have noticed the free giveaway, even with a topic. I never saw that topic until now. Same can happen with them.

Firstly, User Reports do not allow commenting. You will not receive responses for these tickets.
Also, in general, when these free games are given away, you don't have to report every single user separately but just inform support that it's given away for free so it can be disabled and the giveaways can be tracked. This way you get the same result without spamming reports.
