Hello, I won this GA

I'm trying to contact the user but it doesn't not respond and i have also opened a support ticket

What can i do?

If it's not possible to have the key i want to cancel the winnings so i can enter in other GA for this game

Hey,

You should use support ticket to solve this kind of issues. Not forum. Make ticket in other category.

But in general you should inform GA creator and wait for reply. If they can't provide key you can activate - mark giveaway as not received.
