I'm gonna have to go oldschool with trailers that, back at the time, had blown my mind.
I'm sure there are much better trailers for much better or newer games, but none that I've rewatched as much as I did with those three back when they were new.
Loved Arkham City, don't remember that trailer tho. Reminds me of the Borderlands 2 opening
